Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Cup O' Nothing. Refunds are handled promptly and fairly. Contact support@cuponothing.com and we will respond within 2 business days.

Digital downloads (soundtracks, art books)

• Refunds available within 14 days of purchase if the file has not been downloaded.
• If the file was downloaded, we review on a case-by-case basis to resolve quality or access issues.
• Provide your order email and any error details to speed up resolution.

Game keys

• Refunds available within 14 days if the key is unused or undelivered.
• Once a key is redeemed on a third-party platform, refunds are not available except where required by law.
• If a key fails, we will replace it or refund within the same timeframe.

Preorders

• Preorders are refundable any time before release delivery.
• After delivery, preorders are treated as digital goods and follow the rules above.
• If release timing changes, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund before delivery.

Subscriptions (if ever offered)

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
• No prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
• If a subscription service is unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will work with you on a remedy.

How to request a refund

Email support@cuponothing.com with your purchase email, product, and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible.

Delivery issues

If you did not receive a download link or key within a reasonable time, check spam filters and then contact support. We will resend access or provide alternatives.
